Delivery Inquiries

Yes! Worldwide courier services are available for all orders. However, delivery times and prices may vary based on your region. Check out our worldwide shipping chart for more details. 

Oh noIf a delivery is missing an item, includes incorrect items, or does not arrive, please email info@soulsenegal.com with your order number, and our team will be in touch ASAP. 

We ship all orders from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Some countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UAE, and Soul Senegal does not offer reimbursement for these charges. 

We get it. Customs delays are frustrating. Be sure to check our email regularly to get updates about your package. If, for any reason, your delivery does not arrive, please email our team to resolve the issue ASAP. 

All of our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, promoting sustainability with every purchase.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card, including American Express, and we offer various payment options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.

We currently support payment in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Unfortunately, we are not able to process other currencies at this time. 

While we don’t allow orders to be changed after being placed, we do offer 30-day refunds or returns on all eligible products.

Returns & Refunds Questions

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. You can choose either a refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the process, please email info@soulsenegal.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions. Please note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures you get the correct size or colour without delay.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm if it has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

For exchanges, if the requested item is in stock, we’ll ship it within 10 business days. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund or exchange, please contact us at info@soulsenegal.com.

If you paid in a currency other than our supported currencies (GBP, USD, EUR), the refund amount may differ slightly due to exchange rates applied by your bank or payment provider.

Our long-term vision is to manufacture in Senegal, creating jobs and opportunities for local communities. Currently, this isn’t possible as the necessary facilities aren’t yet available, but it’s a goal we’re actively working towards as SOUL Senegal grows.

In the meantime, we ensure that every garment is made in ethical, accredited factories with globally recognised certifications. These include:

  • Alibaba Gold Plus Supplier Assessment Certificate
  • ISO 9001 Certificate of Quality Management System

We believe fashion should be slow, not disposable. That’s why we:

  • Design collections with premium, long-lasting fabrics rather than fast-fashion materials.
  • Work with suppliers who actively reduce waste at every stage of production.
  • Source all fabrics in China to minimise unnecessary transport emissions.
  • Use a +/- 5% bulk manufacturing system to reduce fabric waste.
  • Ship bulk orders by sea to lower carbon emissions.
  • Package all orders in 100% recycled and recyclable materials.
